That’s why we’ve developed a quick, safe, and medically tested solution that works for everyone. Whether you’re a parent caring for your child or an active adult on the go, Epistop gives you confidence and control when you need it most.
Directions for Use
Simple steps to stop nosebleeds quickly and effectively.
- Locate the inner water pouch inside the pack.
- Squeeze the pouch to activate the product inside.
- Vigorously shake the pack until it gets evenly cold throughout the pack.
- Apply to the bridge of the nose (not inside the mouth).
- Slightly tilt head forward and let your hand down.
- Pinch your nose gently and hold the cold pack on the bridge of your nose.
- Gently insert cotton swabs into the nostril, if needed.
- Breathe through your mouth and rest until pack is no longer cold.
- In case of re-bleeding contact your doctor.

- For external use only
- Do not bite or puncture pack or ingest its contents
- Do not use if the pack is open or damaged
- If contents leak and fluid contacts skin, rinse area immediately with plenty of water
